Jocelyn Ellen Martin

My angel has gone to Heaven... Jocelyn”Lynn” Ellen Martin, age 81 died Sunday November 4th, 2018 at East Jefferson Hospital. Beloved wife of August “Augie” Martin (39 years married), sister of Roland Jauchler Jr. (Carol), Mother of Lisa A. Mcneely (Michael), and Gregg N. Glaudi (Jan). Stepmother of Melissa Simmons (Richard) and Kevin Martin. Grandmother of Donald Michler Jr. (Jamie) Daniel Michael (Courtney) Michael Michler, Mark Michler and Elise Glaudi (Steven). Great Grandmother of Zailey Burgess, Ethan, Aiden, Conner, Peyton , Isabella and Vivian Michler. Also Aunt of Wendy Jauchler and Jolie Legnon. She is also survived by many cousins. Daughter of the late Roland K. Jauchler and Ursula Reece Jauchler. Jocelyn was a resident of New Orleans and Metairie her entire life and graduate of Academy of Holy Angels Class of 1954, she was a retired bank officer for Hibernia Bank, an avid Bonko card player. A special thanks is given to the Swinging Seniors Bowling Club, where Jocelyn was a proud member. A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
