Hayward Paul Bordelon Jr.

Hayward was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest joy came from spending time with his family. He is survived by his three children: Hayward and his wife, Harshini, Todd, and Amanda. He was also preceded in death by his beloved son, Nicholas.

He was a proud grandfather to Jasmine, Alyssa, Bryson, Aubrey, Avery, and Abigail. He was also blessed with one great-grandchild, Milan, who brought him immense joy.

A lifelong lover of baseball, Hayward spent many years coaching and mentoring young athletes. His passion for the game and dedication to the players he coached left a lasting impression on countless families and members of the community. He believed in sportsmanship, teamwork, and encouraging others to be their best.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Faux Meaux, 2401 N. Woodlawn Avenue, Metairie, Louisiana 70001.

Hayward will be remembered for his love of family, his generous spirit, and the many lives he touched throughout his lifetime. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
