Felicia "Lesa" R. Wilcox

She was born on December 26, 1956, in San Gabriel, CA, where she spent her early childhood years. She and her family moved to River Ridge in Southeast Louisiana, where she spent many years. She graduated from Riverdale High School in 1974. She worked as a Precision Optician for her father's business, and was currently retired.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Walter and Doris Rodriguez, and granddaughter, Alyssa J. Pierre.

She is the loving mother of and greatly missed by her three children, Lazar “Scott" Pierre (CJ), Rodney Pierre Sr., and Stephanie P. Esteves (Ryan), and her nine loving grandchildren, Raina, Reagan, & Layton Esteves and Luke, Elizabeth, Landen, Rodney Jr., Lawson, and Logan Pierre.

Lesa is also survived by her siblings, Judy Rodriguez, Debbie Landon (Bob), Gary Rodriguez (Sherry), and Bruce Rodriguez (Dawn).

The family would like to thank her entire Ochsner Medical team and Anvoi Hospice staff for the care and compassion they showed Lesa.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at "The Kamp" located at 2317 Hickory Avenue, Harahan, LA 70123 on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
