Erin Monese Streho

Erin Monese Streho, 34, whose life ended way too soon, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018, after a short illness. She was the daughter of Dottie Streho Matlock and Steven Matlock; mother of Constance E.M. (Streho) Moore and Asjia S. L. (Streho) Moore both of Center, TX, and Ayanna M. Streho of Marrero, LA; sister of Elizabeth A Woody of Seneca MO, Kenneth W. Matlock and Michael W. Matlock both of Gretna, LA, and the late Constance E. Streho of New Orleans; granddaughter of Sarah Streho and the late Michael J. Streho Jr. both of Eccles WV, the late Janie and Earnest Matlock both of Jasper, TX, and the late Helen E. and Paul E. Smith of Gretna, LA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other loving relatives and friends. Erin was born in Galveston, TX and lived for the past few years in New Orleans. She was a loving daughter, sister and mother, and she spent much of her time drawing, writing poetry and lyrics, and singing. We love her immensely, we will miss her terribly and we know God’s loving hands are holding her now. At present, no services are planned.
