Donna Ruth Odom

She passed away at Intensive Specialty Hospital in Bossier City, LA after a lengthy stay at Willis Knighton Medical Hospital Bossier City, LA.

Donna graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1969 in Dallas. She worked the majority of her career in the insurance industry in Bossier City, LA and Phoenix, AZ. She loved the mountains and deserts of Arizona. Donna enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband including road trips as far away as Canada. She had many beloved dogs in her life and was a real animal lover. In her earlier years she raced horses in the sport of sulky racing.

Beloved wife of Robert (Bob) Odom for forty-two years of marriage; loving mother of James Anthony Harrison II (wife, Pam) of Phoenix, AZ and Susan Amanda Parker (husband, Colin) of the United Kingdom; grandmother of Zachary, Andrew, and Amelia; daughter of Billie Wade McKay and Lillian McKay Smith; and step-daughter of Pat McKay; sister of Carolyn Sheridan (husband, Bob) of Versailles, MO, Pam Clark of Marriam, KS, and Johnny McKay (wife, Donna) of Manvel, TX. She was also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

At Donna’s request there will be no services.
