Mother of Ronnie Ford and Tiffany Opal Cargle; daughter of Diane McNally and David Belle; sister of Keith Belle, Monique McNally, Lenny McNally, Kelly Singleton, Jeanne Young Blake, and the late Blaine McNally. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
