Debra Lombard Scott

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank G. Lombard, Jr. and Dorothy Wondrak Lombard.

She is survived by her husband of 48 ½ years, Roy Michael Scott; daughters Lauren S. Calhoun (James Ryan) and Meghan S. Adams (Raymond); grandchildren James Austin Calhoun, Allyson Calhoun, Liam Adams & Hannah Adams; siblings Frank G. Lombard, III and Adria L. Cianca (Mario “Tony”), nephew Richard C. Hart, cousin Mary V. Hart and numerous cousins.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at East Jefferson General Hospital, particularly the medical staff in the ICU Department for the care and compassion they showed Debra in her final days.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Rita Catholic Church, 2729 Lowerline St, New Orleans, LA 70125 on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 11:00AM. Visitation with the family will be from 9:00AM - 11:00AM.

Interment will be private.
