David J. Mares, who was 69, died April 8, 2019 in Kenner, Louisiana, where he lived with his wife of 48 years, Beth.
They have two sons, Matthew (Stephanie) and Dustin (Kira); five grandchildren, Madalyn, Amelia, Ian, Peyton, and Makenzie, who lovingly called him Boo-Boo.
A memorial Mass will be held at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 4337 Sal Lentini Pkwy, Kenner, LA, on Friday, April 12, 2019. Visitation is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with mass following.
