David Harley Kemker, Jr. passed away on January 22, 2025. He is survived by his spouse, Vincente Paulino, brothers Frank and Ben Kemker, cousins Mary Ann Thurman and Tim Faris.
David graduated from Jesuit High School, LSU, and Tulane University. He was past president of the Sons of the American Revolution. A memorial service will be held on March 8, 2025, at 10:00 am, at St. Anna’s Episcopal Church, 1313 Esplanade Ave, New Orleans, La.
