

Dale was preceded in death by his mother, Lucy Denoux Dias and father, Leroy J. Dias. He is survived by his daughter, Diedra K. Dias Kramer and her family, devoted brother, Dana M. Dias, nephew, Bryan Dias, and sister, Cathy Dias Bordelon.
Dale was educated in New Orleans, LA at Andrew W. Wilson Elementary School, Eleanor McMain Junior High School, and Alcee Fortier High School. While attending Alcee Fortier High School, he joined Phi Lambda Epsilon (PLE) Fraternity where he met many fraternity brothers who later became lifelong friends.
Dale was a fan of many sports, but mainly New Orleans Saints, LSU sports, horse racing, and golf. He will be remembered as a fun-loving, positive, and upbeat person always looking at the brighter side of life.
Dale received an Honorable Discharge from the U. S. Army after having served several years in Frankfurt, Germany. He will be laid to rest in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, LA on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. Dale will receive a traditional U.S. military graveside service. All are welcome to attend.
