Charles Chapman Staples

Chap was born to Charles and Audrey Staples on August 14, 1947. He was a strong and spirited soul that gave everything of himself. He graduated Dallas Baptist University before going on to proudly serve his country in the Air Force..

On March 16, 1968, he married Mildred Pelfrey. They spent many amazing years together. They stayed amazing friends and did an amazing work with co parenting. Chap is survived by daughter, Melissa Doss, her two children, Madelyn and Alex Doss. He is also survived by his son, Jason Staples, his wife, Jennifer, daughter, Charlie and son, Scott. In addition Chap is survived by additional amazing family and friends.

Chap had a caring heart, an incredible spirit , an amazing passion for life and an incredible heart of gold. He left a legacy that is second to none. He will live in our hearts forever. He loved and cared for his family and gave everything of himself.
