Beloved husband of Sandra Ann Risey Mounce for 34 years. Loving father of Gary Mounce and loving stepfather of Raymond Toups Jr. (Lisa), Michael Toups (Brigitte), David Toups. Grandfather of Jay Guillot (LivRandi), Justin Toups, Lani Manasco, Raymond Toups III (Ashley), Hannah Toups, Abby Toups. Great-grandfather of Skyler Manasco, Ezra Toups, Veronica Toups, Eli Toups, Helena Toups. Son of the late Clarence “Buck” Mounce and the late Barbra “Cricket” Vincent. Devoted, loving father to his BFF (best furry friend), Zippy.

Bobbie enjoyed fishing and playing golf. He was a true sports fanatic. He was joyful and loved to tell stories, jokes and make people laugh.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at St. Christopher The Martyr Catholic Church, 3900 Derbigny St., Metairie, LA on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon). Visitation with family will begin at 10:30 a.m.
