Surrounded by his beloved life partner, Brenda Daniel, and his cherished family, Bill's passing leaves a void that will forever be felt.
Bill was a member of the congregation at Celebration Church, where he found solace, community, and spiritual nourishment, further enriching his life with faith and fellowship.
Bill dedicated much of his life to his work, where he served at Southern Eagle Sale And Services as an operator. His commitment and hard work endeared him to his colleagues and the community he was part of. In addition to his professional career, Bill was a passionate entrepreneur who ran his own side business, which he wholeheartedly enjoyed. For many years, he dedicated his time and energy to the art of landscaping, leaving a beautiful mark in the New Orleans area.
Bill was the beloved son of the late Beverly Fontana and Irwin Gerard Baldwin, and he now joins them in the afterlife. He is survived by his three sons, Vincent Anthony Baldwin, Gerard Cruz Baldwin, and Martin William Baldwin, who will carry on his legacy. His four beautiful grandchildren, Mariela Victoria Baldwin, Vincent Anthony Baldwin, Jr., Roman Anthony Baldwin, and Tycen Anthony Baldwin. Along with his adored canine companion, Daisy.
Bill is also survived by his three sisters and brother: Peggy Ann Gorman, Rodney Gerard Baldwin, Joanne Gerardlyn Flanagan, and Brenda Baldwin Dean. His numerous nieces and nephews, including Tammi Springer, Laci Ronco, James Ronco, Esther Neal, Elizabeth Fenn, Beverly Beale, Bryce Gorman, and Taylor Gorman, along with his great-nieces and nephews, Mya, Talia, Cameron, Zoe, Faith, Jeremiah, Josiah, Jude, and James, will fondly remember him.
Bill's memory will forever live on in the hearts of all his family, friends, and those who had the privilege of knowing him. His warmth, laughter, and kindness touched the lives of many.
A Memorial Mass to celebrate Bill's life will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023. At Celebration Church, 2001 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70001 The service will commence at 10:30am, followed by a small reception in which Southern Eagle Sale And Services has provided food and beverages. All family, friends, and co-workers are invited to attend and pay their respects.
