Arlitta "Snooks" Levy Holden, January 22, 1931 – October 16, 2017, Wife, for 63 years, of the late Kermit Holden Sr. Mother of Roxanne "Roxie" Holden, Michele "Mickey" Holden and the late Kermit Holden, Jr. Grandmother of Kris (Karen), Jared (Alaine), Alexx (Lise) and Joshua Holden. Great-grandmother of Addie and Brennan Holden. VIP mother of Sophie. Daughter of the late Leda Ruth Lott and Leon Levy Sr. Sister of Wayne Levy, Doris "Nunkie" Faciane and the late Leon Levy Jr., Patsy Levy Vallee and Jackie Levy Panks. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, friends and acquaintances. She was an Expeditor for McDermott Inc. for 35 years, in administration downtown. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and would have done anything for anyone, especially her kids and grandkids, whom she considered her greatest creation. We are sure that Snooks and Kermit are now dancing and rocking the halls of heaven! Funeral Services will be held at Christ the King Church, 535 Deerfield Rd., Terrytown, LA 70056, on Thursday evening, October 26, 2017, with visitation from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, and a Mass that follows at 7:00 pm.
