Robert Jerome Zeller

He was born August 16, 1941 in the farm house of his grandparents to Alois and Ruth Zeller, Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Robert graduated in May, 1961 from Black River Falls High School.

He was a retired Army Veteran and served 20 years in the Army National Guard where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Robert worked at Kenworth Truck, Lake City Arsenal and the City of Greenwood in the Maintenance Dept. He loved classic car shows as well as working on old cars.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Alois and Ruth Zeller of Black River Falls, WI; sister, Roselyn Zeller also of Black River Falls, WI and 2 infant sisters.

Robert is survived by his wife, Janice (Conkling) whom he married June 30, 2012; son, Kevin Zeller; daughter, Renae Ash (Jeremiah); step-daughter, Sherrie Clancy (Brett) and Robyn Fazio (Jason); grandsons, Karsen Zeller and Konner Zeller; 10 step-grandchildren and 8 step-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sister, Lynn Klink (Donald) of Madison, WI; brother, Francis Zeller (Donna) of Raytown, MO; brother, Carlton Zeller of Black River Falls, WI; brother, Jerome Zeller (Debra) of Holmon, WI; brother-in-law, David Conkling (Pat) of Panama City, FL; brother-in-law, Kenny Conkling (Pat) of St. Joseph, MO.

A private service and interment will be held at the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Higginsville, MO.
