Moneka "Mickey" Roberta (Boklage) Kosar

Moneka “Mickey” Roberta (Boklage) Kosar, 74, of Hutchinson, Kansas passed on February 10th, 2025, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Mickey was born on February 3, 1951, in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was adopted by Leo and Roberta (Decker) Boklage. She attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Dodge City High School. She then continued her education at St. Mary of the Plains and Dodge City Community College where she received a nursing degree. For over 30 years she was an x-ray technician.

Once Mickey retired, she loved to travel and enjoyed fishing with her husband, Frank Kosar.

Mickey was predeceased by her loving husband, Frank, her parents, and her sister, Leoellen Boklage Kortz.

She leaves behind her children, Vance Durr, Lance Durr, and Jason Durr along with 8 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.

There will be an interment service held for her on March 7th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery at Fort Dodge, 11560 Us Highway 400, Fort Dodge, Kansas 6784
