Jerry had a lifelong passion for the outdoors that defined his spirit and brought him immense joy. A skilled outdoorsman he was nationally recognized as a ranked skeet shooter and took great pride in duck hunting. Beyond his personal achievements, Jerry’s generosity shone through as he shared these pursuits with other, creating lasting memories for those fortunate enough to join him. He also found peace in fishing and cherished the simple beauty of nature, drawing inspiration from its quiet majesty.
He is lovingly remember by his daughter, Jennifer Arnold (Nick) of Williamstown, Kentucky; his sister, Marilyn “Mickey” Ermeling (Jeffrey Ronald) of Moscow Mills, Missouri; his grandchildren, Hunner Paige Faulconer (Elliott) of Grand Forks, North Dakota, William Trevor Schutte of Kansas City, Missouri, Brent Arnold of Williamstown, Kentucky, and Dylan Arnold of Paris, Missouri; his nephew, Adam Richard Lang (Margaret Lang-Bertrand) of Wentzville, Missouri; his niece Kristen Marie Lang of O’Fallon, Missouri; and his great-nephew Connor Edward Lang and great-niece Cora Jean Lang. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Jerry’s life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saint Louis University School of Medicine Center for Anatomical Science and Education or Gateway Gun Club in Bridgeton, Missouri.
