Jason Danial Moorhead

Jason Danial Moorhead, 42, of Raytown, Missouri passed on February 11, 2017. He was born on August 21, 1974 in Kansas City, Missouri to Roger Keith and Jacqueline Carroll (Rhoades) Moorhead. Jason was a 1993 graduate of Lee’s Summit High School and after school became a union laborer working primarily with electrical equipment and welding. The greatest joy in his life was his son Dwight Danial Moorhead (Double D) and his family. You would often find Jason during season out deer or elk hunting as an avid outdoorsman. Jason had the great opportunity of taking his Harley Davidson and experiencing the joys of Sturgis, South Dakota. Jason was proceeded in death by his mother, Jacqueline Rhoads Marshall; father, Roger Keith Moorhead; and stepfather, Carl Lee Stevens. He is survived by his beloved son, Dwight Danial Moorhead, of the home; sisters, Melissa Looney, Rich Hill, MO and Amy (Moorhead) Rooney, Lawrence, KS; grandparents, Sammie and Maxine Rhoades, Lee’s Summit, MO; stepfather, David Marshall, Lee’s Summit, MO all who will miss him dearly.
