Gary Stuart Bond

Gary “GB” Stuart Bond passed away on November 1, 2024. Gary was born May 30,1941, in Tipton, MO to George Bond and Lela (Van Deusen) Bond. He was the seventh of nine children in the Bond Family. The family lived in Kansas City where Gary attended Northeast High School, graduating in 1959.

Gary graduated from Rockhurst College and worked at IBM 1965-1981 before purchasing a Vending business.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Cygne Bond; his parents George and Lela Bond, siblings Virginia Jamison, Jack Bond, Ruth Moran, Carol Baccala, and Wanda Decker.

Gary is survived by his fiancé Karee Craig of the home; siblings Van Bond, Ron (Jeannie) Bond, and David (Dana) Bond. Children: Stuart (Debbie) Bond and Andrew (Jennie) Bond, four grandchildren: Mark and Braden Bond, Morgan, and Casey Bond. Along with many nieces and nephews, and his beloved four-legged pals Roxee and Gunner.

The family is grateful to the staff and care at Centerpoint Medical Center and Hospice.

There will be a private family graveside service in the spring. Cremation by Neptune Society.
