Elsie L. Hudgins

Elsie was born to John A. and Nellie May Fitzgerald on March 8th, 1923. She is survived by three children: Barbara (Bill) Sneed, Morris (Marti) Hudgins, and Sherryl (Stephen) Reece as well as 22 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Charles, and children Larry Hudgins, Janet Miller, Karen Danielson, and Dennis Hudgins.

She was proud of her career at McDonnell Douglas, where she retired after over twenty years. Elsie shared her love of children, cooking (especially her pies), and thoughtful, crocheted gifts with family and friends. Elsie’s family will remember the unconditional love and support she gave to her family.

Graveside Services will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on February 3rd at 9:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the ALS Association.
