Throughout her 43 years in education, she held many different positions ranging from high school English teacher to assistant superintendent. Her vast knowledge, personable leadership style, and infectious laugh were appreciated by her colleagues.
Upon retirement in 2015, Cynthia’s main objective was to spend as much time with her family as possible, specifically her ever-growing number of grandchildren. At the time of her death, she had 13 grandchildren who have many fond and funny memories with their hilarious “Gram.”
