I still cant believe you are not with us anymore. It went so quickly. I am so glad we had a great conversation just 3 days before you died. You were so smart about movies, movie stars, sports players, the three stooges, old TV shows and so on and so on. 
I remember going to many Royals games with you starting at Municipal Stadium. Driving to Columbia to see the Tigers was always fun. Fishing, talking and laughing together. You were kind, gentle, simple and content. Thank you for those thoughtful gifts to my family.
I have so many fond memories of you "Patti". I will miss you each day, I couldn't have asked for a better brother. Give hugs to Janie and TT. 
I know the perpetual light will forever shine upon you. Until we meet again (with a fist up and tongue sticking out, why you!!!!!)

I have many great memories of Uncle Pat. He joined us for a lot of holidays and he certainly supplied us with many laughs and great memories!
I was always amazed by his trivia knowledge and his memory! Mom could ask him the name of a neighbor from their childhood, and not only would he know their name, he could tell you their entire backstory. 
One of my favorite things about Pat was how proud he was of his nieces and nephews. There were many times when mom and I picked him up from CVS and I would go inside to tell him we arrived. He would proudly tell everyone around that I was his niece. 
Thank you Uncle Pat for all the laughs, quotes, and memories. And thank you for always being proud. 
I will think of you while cheering on the Chiefs. Just like I do mom and aunt Terese.

Sweet Uncle Pat, what a kind soul. Pat never seemed to want for much. He was a lesson in contentment. I think all he really needed was his family and his Kansas City sports, everything else was gravy. We could all learn a lot from a man that found joy mostly in human connection. He will be missed.

One of my fondest memories of Uncle Pat is how smart he was. I will always remember playing the original Trivial Pursuit at my moms one time with my siblings and Uncle Pat was in the other room, most likely watching a sporting event. He knew the answer to every question and would shout out the answer every time, and he was right, every time. Will also miss the fishing trips he went on with us. He wasn’t the best fisherman but he always made it a good time. I will miss you and I love you dearly. I know you are with your sisters and living your new life.  Peace!

Uncle Pat had a great sense of humor. He had a big influence on my mom. A good number of things she’d say that made me laugh could be traced back to Uncle Pat. They had such a good relationship, she gave me the middle name “Patrick” after him. I’m grateful he showed up to my mom’s celebration of life as well. Another thing I’ll always remember about him is his great sports mind. I loved our conversations about football and baseball. His influence on my family will never be forgotten. I cherish the moments I got to spend with him.

I will miss the old “Mattie!” and the ensuing extension of his hand for a handshake followed by that gentle chuckle. But I’ll remember my uncle Pat most for gifting me my first Lego set when I was about five. It set me on a path towards a career for which I have so much passion. The you uncle Pat! Rest in peace, kind soul.

Uncle Pat will be sorely missed. He had such a gentle heart and great sense of humor. There are so many great memories of family gatherings with Uncle Pat. I can still hear his distinct laugh in my mind. Rest easy Uncle Pat! I love you!

My Sweet Brother Pat,
I miss you everyday now.  I miss your phone calls,  visiting you and talking to you.  I wish we could have talked, when I returned from my trip to Italy, but I do not think it was meant to happen.  We sure had fun when we were together.  You know your smile could light up a room full of people.  
What I loved most about you was the kind, gentle, loving man, who lived life to the fullest.  You never asked for much.  You were extremely happy with who you were, and you lived your life that way.  I have been very sad this last week, because I did not expect to lose you so soon.  
I know you are happy now, and you are peacefully spreading your love in your special place.  I do talk to you everyday, even though you cannot respond.  I love you buddy. I miss you tremendously.  Please give Janey and TT a hug for me.  Thank you for making my life happier with your presence.  I love you big brother.
