Verna Marie Jobson

Verna Marie Jobson, 44, of Jacksonville passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at the Orange Park Medical Center. Verna was born on May 30, 1972 in Jacksonville Florida to Vernon Howell and Julia Smith. She attended school locally and earned an associate degree in business management from SWIC community college. As we all know Verna loved her flea markets, yard sales and all the re-distribution of furniture and other items but her passion was being a great mother to her 4 children. She is preceded in death by her father, Vernon Howell and spouse, Dale Bowen. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Levi Foreman, Coty Ritchie, Rose Bowen and Azia Dancy; mother, Julia Smith; Brothers, Alan, Tracy, Tony and Corey; sister, Bambi; cousin and sister in heart; Marie Howell; and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly. A Celebration of Verna’s life will be at a later date with visitation prior to the service. Neptune Society is in charge of her arrangements.
