Sheila Anne Wallace

Sheila Anne Wallace (Williams), 81, of Dowling Park, Florida, passed away on January 15, 2018, at Haven Hospice in Lake City, Florida with all three children at her side. Sheila was born on January 7, 1937, in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, to parents John and Annie (Fishwick) Williams. She was raised in Milltown, New Brunswick, where she resided until the age of 18. After her high school graduation, she married and moved to Calais, Maine, and then subsequently to Boston, Massachusetts; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Atlanta, Georgia; and then to Florida where she remained until her death. Sheila earned her degree in nursing from the Community College of Allegheny County in 1977 and worked as a registered nurse until she retired. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother David. Sheila loved crocheting, needlepointing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Sheila is survived by her children Shaun and (Chrissy) Donovan of Ellsworth, Maine; Karl and (Sherri) Byrand of Providence, Rhode Island; and Anne Byrand Bozeman of Atlanta, Georgia, as well as six grandchildren.

A service will be held on February 8 at 10 a.m. at the GSC in the Advent Christian Village in Dowling Park, Florida.
