Pete worked in the Industrial Industry for over 40 years - Motion Industries and Cooper Bearing being most recent.
He loved his vacations, especially cruises.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Flora Bordelon Soniat, his father, Peter Guy Soniat du Fossat and his sister, Joyce Philpott.
Peter is survived by his wife of 37 years, Veronica "Ronnie" Weiss Soniat; his children, David Anthony Soniat (Yvette), Darlene Soniat Travis (Ed) and his step-daughter, Jennifer Robertson Dennis. There were many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Fulfilling his wishes, there will be no services.
