Kathleen Kim McVeigh

She is preceded in death by her loving father, Dennis McVeigh Sr.

She is survived by Sandra McVeigh (Mother), Kelly (Phillip), Joan Schnell (Edward), Alexis McVeigh (Nick Stricker), Victoria McVeigh and brother Dennis McVeigh Jr. (Kelly Fagan).

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Kathleen. To say gone too soon, would be an understatement. Kathleen was our jokester, sister, best friend, partner to Joe, daughter, perfect auntie to Patrick, Claire, Fiona, Leah, Olivia, and Gabriel. We all wish she was here helping us through the loss that we are feeling. We can’t say she lit up a room, because it would be more accurate to say that she always had the room cracking up. Her intelligence was always impressive. This was especially evident in her ability to quote obscure literature at the drop of a hat; and the way she excelled in her career as a Vice President, Customer Segment Consultant at Merrill Lynch. Her hobbies included Literature, music, gaming and the arts. Many people don’t know but she was good at almost anything artistic. Drawing, painting, music, you name it… she was good at it. Especially playing the guitar. Her generosity of her time and spirit will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank everyone for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on December 19 at 1-3PM located at Beaches Chapel,1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

Funeral service to occur at 11:00 am on January 25th 2025 at Chalfont United Methodist Church, 11 Meadowbrook Lane, Chalfont, PA 18914. Family will greet guests from 10:00am-11:00am prior to the service. Interment will be on January 27, 2025 at George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Avenue, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
