Judith Ellen Knafelc

Judith Ellen Knafelc, 81, of Orange Park passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Haven Hospice Custead Care Center. Judi was born on October 16, 1936 in Middleburg, New York to the late Ernest and Cherie Joslyn. Judi enjoyed golf, gardening, knitting, and baking but she loved above all spending time with her family. Judi was a proud member of the 1954 graduating class at Middleburg Central School in Middleburg, NY. Her greatest accomplishment was watching her 4 children grow into the wonderful people they are today. Judi was proceeded in death by her parents, siblings, Pat and Gene. She lives on in the hearts of her husband of 60 years, Frank Knafelc; children, Wendy, Lori, Mike and Jeff; grandchildren, Jenny, Scott, Jacob and Kristina; great grandchild, Emma; siblings, Joe and Kay; many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her loving smile and warm touch. A celebration of Judi’s life will be 1:00 p.m., January 4, 2018 at the Advent Lutheran Church, 2156 Loch Rane Blvd, Orange Park, Florida 32073. Judi will be laid to rest 10am, January 5, 2018 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
