Joan enjoyed fishing and cooking.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Terry Monroe (Mike) and Brenda Carter (Glynn); son, Ron Cox Jr.; grandchildren, Joan Varnes(Allan), Aron Riley(Scott), Mindy Smith(Troy), Charles Carter(Lauren) and Sage Cox; great grandchildren, Rachael, Kyle, Rebecca, Foster, Jane, Reagan and Lila.
A celebration of Joan’s life will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Bible Believer’s Baptist Church, 3857 Hartley Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
