Jeffrey Dean Collings

Jeffrey Dean Collings of Jacksonville Beach, Florida passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 67. Jeff was born on March 22, 1956, and graduated from Fletcher High School, class of 1974. He attended the University of Florida and was a devoted Gator fan. From 1996 to 2018 Jeff worked alongside his long-time best friend, George Cavallaro, at Saxon Business Systems where he retired. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, sister and brother, “Honey”, Bill, Robin, and Scott. He is survived by his son and daughter, Brandt Collings and Alison Collings Johnson, as well as grandchildren, Jett, Cassius and Stella, and daughter and son in law, Trudy Collings and Andre Johnson. The Collings family would like to thank all of Jeff’s friends for their care and compassion shown during this difficult time. His memorial will be held Saturday, October 14th.
