Elvin Eddy Caraballo (Robert), born July 23, 1959, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. A patriot who loved his country, he joined the U.S. Navy at 18 and served for over two decades as an aircraft mechanic. In retirement, he continued serving his community as a soccer coach and Scoutmaster. He had a profound love for music, enjoyed fishing, dancing, soccer, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Jose Caraballo; three children, Aida, Glorizett, and Sergio Caraballo; grandchildren, Makayla, Tyler, Tristin, and Gabriel; his mother, Aida; siblings, Maria I., Jorge, Sandra, Exel, and Mailyn; and many lifelong friends around the world.
