Edward Lee Starks

Edward L. Starks, I departed this life from Community Hospice McGraw Center in Jacksonville, Florida on July 13, 2017 with family by his side. Edward was born December 28, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his education at O’Fallon High School and Forest Park Community College in St. Louis. Edward served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired from The Boeing Company as an Electrician. He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife, Angela; two dear sons, Edward II (Shala) and Scott (Teresa); and six adoring grandchildren, Edward III, Sienna, Santana, Jameson, Dallas, and Aubrey; and his precious sister, Juanita Reynolds of St. Louis. Edward was loved by many other relatives and friends. The memorial service for Edward will be held at New Spring Church in St. Louis, Missouri; interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (Dates to be announced). Neptune Society is in charge of his arrangements.
