Dorothy Mae Shutt Mulrain, 93, of Jacksonville passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the Earl B Hadlow Center for Caring. Dorothy was born on September 17, 1924 in Allentown, Pa to the late George and Estella Shutt. Dottie was predeceased by her husband, CWO4 James Mulrain US Army and children, Debbie and Peter. Dot leaves many nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law, Noris and Judy; she was well cared for by David and Babs Shutt during her time of need. Dorothy will be laid to rest with her husband and children at Arlington National Cemetery. Peace be with you Dottie!
