Dave was born May 18, 1944 in Somerset England.
He loved golf, hockey, and baseball.
Dave is survived by his wife, Joan Miller; daughter, Sarah Miller of St. Charles, MO; step-daughter, Lee Greenfield of Jacksonville, FL; and grandchildren, Zachary and Maddison Greenfield.
Services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 11:30 am at Jacksonville National Cemetery 4083 Lannie Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32218
