Christopher Alexander Acosta, 32, passed away early on Friday April 14, 2017. Born to Robert and Kellie Acosta, Christo was the first of their two cherished children. He married his best friend Kei-Won-Tia von Wrex whose name he affectionately took to become Christo von Wrex. He was a man who loved without judgment and maintained a deep connection with his friends and family who loved him back completely. Christo had a brilliant and curious mind, a gentle temperament, and a wry sense of humor. As the calm one of the family, peaceful and kind, he was always able to see the silver lining and be the voice of reason. Christo was compassionate and generous, giving all who knew him his unwavering support and enthusiastic acceptance. He dearly loved his beautiful son, Camlo, who is 11 years old. Camlo, too, loved and admired his dad, he thought he was the smartest guy around who could do practically anything in the world – and he was right. Camlo takes after his father, in those ways. He is growing up to be a charming, smart boy with so much potential and twice as much heart. He is being raised by his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Cordoves. Christo is survived by his son Camlo, his wife Kei-Won-Tia, his parents Kellie and Kim Acosta Wallace, his brother Marcus Acosta, his grandparents Susan Cicero, and Larry and Carol Klotz, his great-grandmother Martha Starner, and many loving aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins, and friends. Christo will always be fondly remembered. A memorial and celebration of Christo’s life will be held at 2pm, May 6th, at the Brooke Farm Pool Pavilion, adjacent to the house at 5097 Brooke Farm Drive, Dunwoody 30338. In lieu of flowers, the Acosta family has set up a fund for the continued care and support of Christo’s son, Camlo Acosta. Please go to https://www.gofundme.com/Camlo if you would like to contribute.
