

Chelsea Ann Medina passed away on Sunday, March 1st at 8:05 p.m. at the age of 34 years old, surrounded by her immediate loved ones. She was born on July 15, 1991, in Miami, Florida, where she grew up in Kendall, and later spent her teenage and adult years in Palm Coast, Florida, where she graduated from Matanzas High School in 2009.
Chelsea is survived by her beloved son, Leeon Campos; her long-term partner, Leandro Campos; her mother, Aymara Porro; her sister, Chloe Medina; and her father, Joseph Medina.
The family would like to thank Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, AdventHealth Hospital, and Stewart F. Meyer Hospice Center Healthcare teams for the care and compassion they showed to Chelsea.
A private gathering was held with the immediate family. There are no additional services scheduled. The family appreciates your understanding and asks for privacy during this time as we grieve.
