Barbara Ann Casey Kuhn

KUHN Barbara A. Kuhn, 82, of Fernandina Beach passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Community Hospice Warner Center for Caring. Barbara was born in Robinette, WVA, on Sept. 17, 1935 to the late Mr. Edward and Mrs. Ethyl (Mattson) Casey. Barbara graduated from Mann High School in 1953, and was married to Herbert S. Kuhn in 1957, in Springfield, Ohio. After, transferring to multiple states with her husband, they retired to Fernandina Beach, FL in 1997. She worked in the Financial Institutions, as well as, volunteering in the local Elementary Schools and with Outward Bound. Barbara loved music, dancing and was a marvelous hostess. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, a brother and a grandson. She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband Skip of 60 years; 3 children, Dana Kuhn, Pamela Crowley (Marc) and Stacey Gilley; grandchild, Casey; sister, Helen Casey and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Neptune Society is in charge of her arrangements.
