Arlene Carbonneau Driggers passed away on July 27, 2017 after a courageous battle with COPD. She was preceded in death by her father Henry Carbonneau, and mother Ardell Mapes. She is survived by her three children, Christopher Cub Driggers (Aly) of Jacksonville, Christine Garcia (Sean) of Orlando, and Holly Losco of Jacksonville. She is also survived by her brother Gerald Carbonneau (Susan). She was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren, Thomas, Travis and Tyler Driggers; Chastin, Aidan and Audrey Garcia; Emma and Shelby Losco. Arlene was born in Dover, New Hampshire on November 6, 1948. She moved with her family to the Jacksonville area in 1955. She was a graduate of Bishop Kenny High School, class of ’66. Most of her career was spent working as an Executive Assistant at the Haskell Company. A funeral Mass and reception will be held on Saturday, August 12, at 10:00am at San Jose Catholic Church, 3619 Toledo Rd Jacksonville FL 32217. She will be interred at a later date at the Greenlawn Cemetery on Beach Blvd. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Community Hospice and Palliative Care, 4266 Sunbeam Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257, 904-268-5200.
