Robert Gene Schroeder

Robert "Bob" Gene Schroeder was born in Fairview, Oklahoma on April 11, 1942 to Harold and Alma Schroeder. He went to be with the Lord on May 4, 2023 at Edgemere Nursing Home in Dallas, TX. Bob graduated for Fairview High School in 1960 and continued his education at Southwestern Oklahoma where he studied pharmaceutical medicine. After graduating, he moved to Dallas where he made his career at Preston Road Pharmacy.

Bob met and married Stephanie Schwab Schroeder while living in Dallas. Their union lasted over 50 years until Stephanie's passing. Snow skiing in Colorado, riding motorcycles and going to garage sales were Bob's passions. He was a very giving man who never met a stranger.

Bob is survived by his sister Sue Hittle and her husband Dick, his sister-in-law Barbara Schroeder and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Stephanie Schroeder, brother Lonnie Schroeder and his parents Harold and Alma Schroeder.

There will be a memorial services in Fairview, Oklahoma at a future date. Plans for the service are still being finalized.
