Mary Louise Fail Davis

Mary Louise Fail Davis of Tyler, TX passed away on Wednesday April 30, 2025 at 12:52 pm at the age of 83. She was born on February 23, 1942 in Mobile, AL where she grew up. She graduated from CF Vigor HS in Whistler, AL in 1960. She worked in the Credit Union, as a loan specialist until she became the branch manager. She retired from the Credit Union in 1989. She went to work for PATH in Tyler, TX as a volunteer for 8 years.

She is preceded in death by her Mother- Helen Wilbur, Sister Helen Dykes, Sister Verna Chesser, Brother George Brett (Fail).

She is survived by her Husband William C Davis, Son Jerry Paul Davis, Daughter Cheryl Lee Davis Staton, Brother Cedric Fail, Brother Pat Fail, Brother Reverend Charles Fail, Sister Elizabeth Gates and 6 grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Hospice of East Texas for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days. Everyone that we dealt with at Hospice were wonderful in their care and compassion that was shown to her.
