James Allen Alder

Known to his family as Jamie. A resident of Mesquite, Texas. James is preceded in death by his grandparents James and Bernice Brown. He is survived by his mother Theresa, son Jacob, spouse Megan, and stepdaughters Skyler and Rhyan. Brother Ricky and sister Lizz. Aunts Jackie and Brenda, Uncle Mike, and cousins Kami, Matthew, Mark and Rachel. He will be remembered for his quick wit and sarcastic personality. A lover an anything Star Trek , Star Wars, gaming and he enjoyed writing sci-fi.

He served his country for four tours in Iraq and was respected by many military peers. He was an avid woodworker following in the steps of his pop-pop James Brown. He will be missed by many including his survived Nickson Living family.
