Sherry Mae Patterson

Sherry Mae Patterson of Anderson, Indiana passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the age of 82. She was born on June 12, 1940, in Muncie, Indiana where she grew up with her father, Thomas “Burt” Miller, mother, Norma Miller and sister, Peg.

Sherry graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1958, and was a proud Bearcat. She was actively involved in activities at Harris Chapel Church, the Farmland Public library and the Order of the Easter Star in Farmland, Indiana.

She is survived by her son, Shane Kimmerling, daughter-in-law Kelly and 3 grandchildren, Kelsey, Tommy and Molly, whom she treasured dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas “Burt” Miller and Norma Jean Miller; her sister Peg; and her loving husband, John Patterson.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Harris Chapel Church, 10450 S. County Road 544E, Selma, Indiana, 47383, on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 p.m., with services at 2:00 p.m..
