I still don’t have the words to express how I feel about his passing right now. To me, you were Grandpa Rosenow. You were always an inspiration and I loved hearing your stories about being in the military and esp being in France. You are the whole reason that is the main place on my bucket list! Our time together was cut short not by our faults but it never took away the love and I had for you or the memories I have of you. I will ALWAYS associate you w Lorrie Morgan 🥰

I have many wonderful memories of Uncle Don over the years.  
I will remember his  smiles , hugs, and being called “Sweet Heart”.  
I will cherish the picture he made for me and will think of him every time I look at him.

I never had a chance to meet Donald, but I do work with his Granddaughter, Krystyn, almost every day. I think most parents are judged by the quality of their children and even grandchildren. Krystyn is one of the best. Please pass along my condolences to the Rosenow family. All of us at IU Health will be with them in thought and prayer during this difficult time.

Don was such a good and kind man. He would call me every once in awhile and just want to know how I and my husband, Steve were doing. 

He lived his life to the fullest.  Don and his wife, Carolyn, my first cousin, were an inspiration to us all. Their love for each other,  for their children and many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

We love you Don and we'll miss you.
