Birgle "Buck" Talbott

Buck retired from GTE in 1993, and served as a volunteer fireman on the Westfield Fire Department for 42 years.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Carolyn Talbott; his children, Jim Talbott (Anita) of LaBelle, FL, Pamela Sherley (Mike) of Westfield, and Susan Hopkins (Robin) of Westfield; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; and his sisters, Betty Sontag and Mary Sue Bogigian, both of Terre Haute.

There will be a Celebration of Life service on Thursday, March 15 at 12 PM at Christ United Methodist Church in Westfield, with visitation from 11 AM until service time. Interment will be in Union Chapel Cemetery, Indianapolis. Memorial contributions may be made to the Westfield Fire Department or Christ United Methodist Church, Westfield.
