Bevery M. Richards

Bevery was a graduate of Wabash High School and attended the Humboldt Airline Training School. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Peru. Bevery was also a devoted caregiver to her mother.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother-in-law, Richard C. Hupfer. Bevery is survived by her husband of 47 years, David Richards; her daughter, Amanda McGarity; her mother, Isabelle Eltzroth; her siblings, Debra Eltzroth, Oliver Eltzroth, and her step-brother, K. Joe Eltzroth (Diane); and her nieces and nephews, Kale Hanneken (Marian), Avery Hanneken (Megan), Tracy Murphy (Brian), Kate Horton (Brad), and Derek Eltzroth (Kim).

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 24 at 4 PM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, 80 W. 5th Street, Peru, IN 46970, with visitation following the service until 7 PM.
