Anna A. Stotts, 87, passed away March 22, 2016 after a 2-3 year battle with Alzheimers. She was born May 30, 1928, the youngest of four daughters of Onis and Ruth Hite of Plymouth, Indiana. She graduated from Plymouth High School and then on to attending Indiana Central College now known as University of Indianapolis where she majored in elementary education and became a Music teacher'. There she met the love of her life, Charles H. Stotts; they were married December 24, 1950 and recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. Charles and Anna were members of University Heights United Methodist Church for 60 years: the church affiliated with University of Indianapolis. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband Charles; her daughters Elizabeth Stotts and Sara Slinker. She was preceded in death by her son Gregory Stotts. Anna devoted her life to her family and God, she was a wonderful mother and spouse and she and Charles provided a life of unselfish love and support to their children, friends, and family. A gracious thank you to the staff of the United Methodist Home in Franklin Memory Care unit and the Gentiva Hospice for the special care and love that was shown daily and unconditionally to Anna. Services will be April 2, 2016 at the Wright Memorial Chapel in the Franklin United Methodist Home, 1070 W. Jefferson St. Franklin, IN.
