

Sandie was born June 5, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio to Robert W. Pierce and Ruth J. Westlake. Sandie passed into God’s healing hands at her residence in Deer Park, Texas on February 19, 2022 after an extended illness.
Sandie worked her entire career in various executive secretary positions. She retired from the City of Houston Public Works and Aviation Departments after twenty-two years of service. She will be remembered as a tireless mother, devoted spouse and loving friend too many. Sandie never turned anyone away that was in need; her and Del's home was always open. Sandie was an excellent cook and could always be counted on for contributions to our large family events. She loved to travel and if you suggested either cruises or casinos; she was the first one packed and ready to go. Family was always her first priority. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her and loved her.
Sandie is preceded by her parents Robert and Ruth, her sister Karen Snyder, her beloved and only son Michael Halloran, the father of her children Thomas Halloran and her devoted husband Delnor Lott.
Sandie is survived by Daughter Kathleen and Mike Melnikoff, and her family Debbie and Scott Bailey, Michael Melnikoff. Daughter Susan and Marc Reiter and her family Mike and Sarah Hallmark, Jake Matthews, Annie and Andrew Bobet, Elisabeth and Colin Bromley, Brady Reiter. Michael’s daughters: Amber and Deshaun Lyle, Nicole Halloran and partner Kenyon Saylor White, Kaitlyn Halloran and partner Mason Dowden.
Sandie is additionally survived by Del's sons and their families which she loved as her own. Son Steve Lott and partner Beatrice Stesiak, Ryan and Meghan Lott, Angela Lott. Son Mike and Stephanie Lott, Stephanie Taylor, Heather and John Gilbert. Son Gary and Annelise Lott, Daniel Lott (partner Haley Presley), Kimberly Lott (partner Brandon Fitzcharles). Son Gregg and Phyllis Lott, Anthony and Raven Lott.
Sandie and Del’s legacy will continue on with 17 great grandchildren.
Sandie is also survived by Son in Laws Mike Hallmark and Mike Matthews, Daughter in Law Victoria Halloran, Sister Betsy Miozzi and Sister in Laws Judy (Tom) Neroda and Melody Halloran.
Sandie has been entrusted to Neptune Society and Grandview Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held at Grandview Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX on Monday March 7th, 2022. Immediate family 9:00-9:30 a.m. The family will receive guests from 9:30-10:00 a.m, with a memorial service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Sandie and her beloved Del will be interred in a joint graveside service immediately following memorial service.
