Ruth Ann Gilman

Ruth Ann Gilman, 68, of Alvin, TX, passed away on July 5, 2026 following her heroic battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on July 1, 1958 in Pontiac, Michigan to David Alan and Elizabeth Ann Gilman. Ruth was a great friend, passionate volunteer, and was known for her love of travel, horses, card playing, reading and listening to live music. Ruth is survived by her brothers Thomas and William Gilman. A casual-dress remembrance/party will be held on July 12, 2026 at 2pm, at the home of her brother Thomas Gilman 11902 Caroline Shore Way, Houston, TX 77089.

We will miss Ruth. Though her final chapter was marked by great courage and tenacity, it is the love, kindness, and joy she shared that will define her legacy.
