Ricardo Ramirez loving son and husband, was born October 8, 1927 in Victoria TX. passed away April 24, 2019.
Ricardo was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. Survivors include sisters Lillian Quinones and Rachel Trevino and many nieces and nephews including Anita Ramirez Sipes, Olga Lopez, Phillip Vasquez, Phillip Zamarippa, and Armando Zamarippa.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of Neptune Society will be held in San Diego, Ca. at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery on June 28, 2019, with a Military Honors Ceremony to honor Ricardo.
