Michael Logan Adams

Michael Logan Adams, of Houston, Texas, passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 76. Mike was born on February 16, 1949 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Harvey Gene and Shirley (Steele) Adams. After a move to Kansas the family settled in DeQuincy, Louisiana where Mike graduated from DeQuincy High. He attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana and

graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. He enjoyed a long

and varied career in the oil industry. He is survived by his wife, Jackie, sister Judy Seilhan (Keith), stepson Todd Sumner (Kim), and their children, (William Scott, Chloe Beth, Joshua David), and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Samantha

Dawn Palmer (Scott), grandson Jacob Logan Adams and stepson

Scott Kenneth Sumner.
