Kenneth Raymond Sciba

Kenneth Raymond Sciba, of Sugar Land, Texas was born August 10, 1947 and passed away on March 20, 2023 he was 75. He served in the United States Army and member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, he was a Millwright by trade. He enjoyed refinishing furniture; reading auto biographies and finding projects to do around the house for his grandkids. He loved his western movies and having his whole family together.

He is survived by his wife Sally Sciba; sons, Ken Sciba, Jr and wife, Melissa; Jeff Sciba and wife, Jana and Scott Sciba and wife, Alondra; sisters, Judy Sciba, Annette Harr and Ann Wicker; brothers-in-law, Buddy Harr, Fred Wicker and Roy Kolojaco; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Sciba and Pam Sciba; grandchildren, Andrew and wife, Katrina, Zachary, Ethan and wife, Ashley, Kamren, Chase, Austin, Abby, Madison, Alexander, and Anthony Sciba; along with great-grandchild, Callen Sciba.

He is preceded in death by his parents Steve and Augusta Sciba and his brothers, Steve and Jerry Sciba. Along with his father-in-law and mother-in-law Jake and Millie Kolojaco.

A rosary for Kenneth will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 115 Seventh St, Sugar Land, TX. A a celebration of life mass will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 115 Seventh St., Sugar Land, TX 77498. An inurnment ceremony with military honors will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 at 1:00 PM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, Foerster School Road, Needville, TX 77461. A reception and fellowship will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 at 2:00 PM at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 9214 Main St, Needville, Tx 77461.
